October Fest

Enjoy a family-friendly evening in downtown Wheaton, complete with live entertainment, food, beer garden and children’s area.

Event proceeds benefit the DuPage County Historical Museum Foundation.


NOTE: Please be aware the Light the Torch Night Run 5K steps off at 7P during October Fest and will cause temporary street closures.

Pets of any kind are not allowed within the event. This rule is strictly enforced and for the safety of the animals and patrons. If you require a service dog, please check in at the Information Booth located at the event entrance.


This is a rain or shine event and will only be canceled in the event of inclement weather that creates a safety concern. All areas will be tented, with the exception of the carnival rides. Any details related to cancellation will be communicated here as well as on our Facebook page.
