Since the 1830s, the practice of medicine has changed drastically, evolving from the use of folk remedies to scientific treatments. Tune into this online lecture to learn about the tools, ideas, and practices that DuPage County doctors and healers used to treat illness over time. The lecture may discuss some unpleasant medical conditions and treatments, recommended for ages 16 and over.
